ER-2 Arrives Hickman AFB

The 2003 PTOST kick-off meeting has been rescheduled from Wednesday Feb 19
to Thursday, Feb 20, 3:00 PM and it will be held at the Air Services Hawaii
facility in lieu of Hickam AFB Bldg 2155. This change is being made to
accommodate weather related travel delays of a number of key participants
and the revised ER-2 expected arrival at Hickam to Wednesday, Feb 19. Note:
The day afer the ER-2 arrives is a required ER-2 down-day. Friday presents a
uniquely desirable synoptic situation, so if there are no further delays in
the ER-2 arrival, Friday is expected to be a THORPEX flight day.

PI's, Mission Managers and Team Leaders please ensure that this message is
forwarded to your THORPEX personnel in or enroute to HI. Directions to Air
Services Hawaii will be posted to PTOST site
